Return, Refund and Warranty Policies

Order Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at info@inflatablescanada.ca for cancellation processing.  If the item has already shipped, then it will need to be processed as a return (in accordance with our return/refund policy).  

Returns
We offer a 30 day return period, which begins from the delivery date (not the purchase date).  For further clarity, only warranty related returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.  

In order to be eligible for a refund your return item(s) must be:

  • in the same condition in which received
  • unused
  • in the original packaging/box 

For return processing please email us at info@inflateablescanada.ca and include the following:

  • order number
  • reason for return
  • your full contact info 

(Please do not send returns directly back to the manufacturer.)

Refunds 
Once a return is received and inspected by Inflatables Canada, an email notification regarding return approval status will be sent. 

If the return falls within the policy (as outlined above) a refund will be processed. 

A credit will be issued/applied, in the original method of payment.  Note: please be advised that bank/credit card company processing/posting times vary and can be lengthy.  Kindly follow-up with them first, as to status.    

Exchanges 
Respectfully, exchanges are only offered as replacement for defective or damaged merchandise.  Contact us via email at info@inflatablescanada.ca for more information/instruction regarding the exchange process.  

Damaged on Arrival
If somehow your order was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at info@inflateablescanada.ca to let us know. Kindly include your order number and attach clear photo(s) showing the damage.  A replacement will be arranged or if preferred a refund issued.

Defective Items
Stuff happens!  From time to time, inflatables are received with manufacturing defects which cause them to not "hold air".  Should this issue be experienced within the first 30 days after delivery, please contact us at info@inflatablescanada.ca to let us know.  A replacement will be arranged or if preferred a refund issued.

Return Shipping
Shipping costs for damaged or defective return item(s) are covered by Inflatables Canada. 

Shipping costs for other return types are at the purchaser's expense. 

*Refunds are processed with the cost of initial shipping (if applicable) deducted.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

It is recommended using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
